Liam's Blog - Toucans 2

Yesterday I went on a boat to get to a hike. I saw a toucan and it was called Chestnut Mandibled Toucan. I saw the toucan right above me. It was so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so cool. It didn't even fly away. We saw two of them. And this is what it looked like.. at the top of it's beak there was a stripe of yellow going down and around it's eye it has a little circle of green. The rest of it's beak was brown. The front of it's tail is black and the top of it's tail is red. It's belly was yellow with a little dash of red. And under the dash of red it was all black. The rest of the toucan was black. These are all the toucans that is on the list that we have of animals in Costa Rica: Collard Aracari, Fiery-billed Aracari, Keel-billed Toucan, Chestnut Mandibled Toucan, and Emerald Toucanet. I like Toucans, they are my favourite animals.
